Is the night over already??

I think I missed it somewhere between Lily's night wakenings...She was up every 30-60 minutes last night. I think there *might* have been a 2 hour stretch between 4 and 6 that she slept straight, but it's also just as possible that she did wake up and I just didn't look at the clock.....I'm so stinking tired today it's not even funny. I am a walking, talking (but not thinking straight) zombie. I thought I might get a little nap when Lily took her morning nap, but noooooo, Chris and his screaming (he was fighting with April) woke her up just 30 minutes into her morning nap. :( I was actually too tired to be mad...LOL The sad thing is that it actually took me 30 minutes to get her to hold still long enough to fall asleep! Since she started sitting up she also started rolling around while trying to go to sleep. Since she just does NOT sleep on her back, it's also a great way for her to fight sleep and win! Ugh!

Then April lost her jacket. It's all of 40 degrees outside! She NEEDS a jacket....I'm guessing she left it in Dan's truck when he picked them up from school yesterday. I was very upset because we learned about the missing jacket as we were walking out the door to kindergarten....we ended up being a few minutes late. It really wasn't a big deal, but I was just so stinking tired that it seemed like a bigger deal than it was!

I was so looking forward to nap time when we got home from dropping April off. Lily again fought her nap by rolling around like a stinker! 45 minutes she fought sleep until she finally held still for 3 seconds and passed out. I passed out too (Chris was also napping). She only slept for 1 1/2 hours which was not enough for ME let alone her! LOL Thankfully Dan got home in time to pick the kids up and he so sweetly took Lily with him, so I laid down for another hour! I was honestly dragging for the rest of the day, even after all of those naps! I really need more sleep at night! That girl is trying to kill me! LOL

Lily is amazingly sitting up like a real pro! She's so cute sitting up and she can play with so many more toys now! She loooooves Chris's cars!!

Tonight I swaddled her up again. I haven't swaddled her in probably 3 weeks, but since she rolls around so much and seems to want to be on her back, I'm hoping the swaddle will improve sleep! Chances are I may still be swaddling her when she's 10 or so....I'm going to bed early tonight...I'm getting too old for all of this no sleep business!
